About the role

As a Process Operator, you will play a significant role in the production of critical raw materials used globally within the biotech pharmaceutical industry. You will become part of a tight-knit production team and work in close collaboration with colleagues on processes such as fermentation, purification, filling, and monitoring according to established methods.

The work is carried out according to standardized documents (SOPs) to ensure the highest quality and safety. The position is a full-time employment and involves shift work, primarily 3-shift.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor processes according to given methods and standardized documents.
• Ensure accurate documentation in batch protocols and SOPs.
• Report deviations and actively contribute to daily improvement work.
• Participate in stand-up meetings and collaborate with colleagues in production and support functions.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in process work within regulated industries (e.g., food, chemistry, or pharmaceuticals).
• Have a chemical background from education/work, or alternatively, a very strong technical and process-oriented interest.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
• Are available for 3-shift work.

Qualifications:

• Processes within biotechnology (e.g., fermentation, filtration, or chromatography).
• Weighing, preparation of solutions, or cleanroom work.
• Work under quality-controlled methods such as GMP or ISO standards.
