About the role

As a Planner at Hydro, you will become part of an experienced and cohesive team working to ensure efficient flows throughout the operation. The role is broad and developmental, with tasks that can be adapted based on the business's needs and the team's collective competence.

You will work closely with production, logistics, purchasing, sales, and other internal functions to contribute to high delivery security, a well-functioning production flow, and good customer satisfaction. This role suits you if you enjoy analyzing, coordinating, and creating structure while thriving on collaborating with different parts of the business.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities will vary depending on the team's needs and may include among other things:

• Production and material planning
• Planning and monitoring of material flows
• Delivery tracking and delivery security work
• Handling purchase and sales orders
• Contact with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Monitoring deliveries, inventory levels, and flows
• Working in business systems related to planning and logistics

You will become part of a team of 12 people where knowledge sharing, collaboration, and a common focus on solving challenges are a natural part of everyday life.

We are looking for you who

• Have work experience with production processes and industrial flows
• Have experience working in business systems and are quick to learn new systems
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Are able to work on-site in Vetlanda

Meritorious

• Experience with Monitor
• Experience with SAP
• Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, production, or a related field
