Job Responsibilities

Here, you and your colleagues experience a high level of involvement through a constant focus on continuous improvement, thereby creating the conditions for the factory to achieve its set goals. You will work with the assembly of our valves, consisting of components made of stainless and acid-resistant steel. We are looking for you who have previous experience in assembly, knowledge of reading technical drawings, and hold a forklift license. If you also have an overhead crane license, it is a big plus.

Somas Instrument AB develops, produces, and markets control and shut-off valves manufactured in stainless and acid-resistant steel to the whole world. We are represented in most industries and have representatives worldwide. Somas headquarters and workshop are located in own premises in Säffle. It is a family business owned by the Hägg family. Jan Dahlén is CEO and Mats Nilsson is Deputy CEO. Peter Hägg and Lars Hägg are owners and active in the board. The headquarters can be found along the E45, approx. 60 km south of Karlstad.
