Your role as a Senior Technical Information Specialist

As a Senior Technical Information Specialist, you will work as a consultant producing technical information using modern tools and a structured approach across various industries. You will interact with customers within, for example, the defense industry and manufacturing industry.

After an introduction period, you will work either on-site at a customer location or with assignments from our offices. You will collaborate closely with design and aftermarket departments, supported by specialists in relevant areas.

In this role, you are responsible for creating, updating, and supplementing technical information that supports a product throughout its entire lifecycle, including hardware and software. You collect and structure information in a clear and pedagogical manner, often using XML and other established standards. The final product can be both printed publications and digital information in web or mobile formats.

The role involves significant contact with both colleagues and customers, where you are responsible for gathering, verifying, and quality-assuring information.

Who are you?

We are looking for you with solid experience in the technical field, driven by a desire to understand how things work and able to explain complex systems in a clear and pedagogical way.

You have good language skills and express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. Experience working with standards such as S1000D, CMS, XML, and machinery directives is advantageous, as is experience from the defense industry or the ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) field.

As a person, you are structured and meticulous, with the ability to see both the big picture and the details. You thrive in a complex environment and are motivated by delivering quality according to plan. You are receptive, collaborative, and have a knack for building good relationships, both internally and with customers.

Since the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and pass a security clearance with register check.
