About the role
As a Technical Project Manager, you will work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues and customers. Your main responsibility is to drive advanced customer projects, primarily within the research sector, from order to delivery. This involves interpreting, understanding, and communicating the customer's requirements and conditions as stated in the order documentation. You are responsible for project planning and follow-up in collaboration with our planners and process owners within areas such as design, purchasing, and production, as well as for creating production and test documentation, instructions, and product documentation for the customer. You will manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining a constant focus on quality and delivery time.
For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to work with advanced 3D magnetic field measurement after training.
Who are you?
We are looking for a technical, social, and driven person who takes great responsibility for your tasks. You thrive with independent responsibility and have the ability to plan, structure, and prioritize your work. We value flexible and enthusiastic employees with broad competence and a strong willingness to help others.
We believe you have a relevant university degree, for example in Technical Physics, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
You are knowledgeable in project management and reading technical drawings, and you have several years of experience in similar roles within the manufacturing industry, such as project manager or project coordinator.
Knowledge or experience with electromagnets or magnetic fields is an advantage.
You are fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written) and have a good command of English. You are accustomed to working in business systems, SharePoint, Office programs, and are comfortable with various technical tools.
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, where the right attitude is crucial. It is important that you enjoy a fast-paced environment, are unpretentious and humble, and prioritize the team over the individual. You should strive to create a pleasant atmosphere and a sense of community, and serve as a role model for our company and products. You are capable of working independently and taking initiative, but you can also collaborate and work effectively in a team.
We offer a varied permanent position where you will work with knowledgeable and engaged colleagues in a successful and family-like company that makes a difference for many. Our medical technology products save lives every day, while others lead to new research discoveries. The position is located at our factory in Vislanda, Småland.
