About the Role

As an IT Project Manager, you are responsible for leading and coordinating projects within IT and digital development. You work closely with operations, suppliers, and internal specialist functions, driving projects from planning to completion.

Projects vary in scope and size, such as technical implementations, platform development, digitalization, and operational development.

Key responsibilities include:

We are looking for someone who has

  • Post-secondary education in IT, project management, or equivalent competence
  • Several years of experience in project management within IT or digital development
  • Experience leading projects with many stakeholders
  • Good understanding of IT, digitalization, and operational development
  • Experience in project governance, planning, and follow-up
  • Good communication skills
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience with

  • Project models, frameworks, and established practices for project governance
  • Digital development, change management, and operational development

To thrive with us, we believe you are

  • Driven and get things done
  • Structured and have good ability to plan and prioritize
  • Create trust through clear communication
  • Enjoy collaboration between operations and IT
  • Work long-term and see the value of clear processes

Your role as an employee is deeply linked to your ability to collaborate and participate in the development of yourself and the operations. With us, this means you have good cooperation with your manager and colleagues, both at your own workplace and within the rest of the municipal group. You treat everyone with a high level of service, kindness, and high quality through a customer- and service focus. You take responsibility for involving yourself in operational matters and are solution-oriented.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and that your view of employment matches ours.
