Your next challenge

At Nexer in Jönköping, we continue to strengthen our offering within Microsoft 365. We are now looking for an experienced consultant who wants to combine project management, advisory services, and change management to help our customers develop their digital workplaces.

Our customers operate in both the public and private sectors and are undergoing transformations where collaboration, information management, and modern ways of working are becoming increasingly important. As a consultant, you will become a strategic partner who helps the business turn needs into solutions that create real value.

You lead projects and initiatives related to Microsoft 365 while acting as an advisor to both the business and IT. You become a key link between the business, the IT organization, and technical specialists, helping the customer turn needs into solutions that work both technically and operationally.

Examples of assignments

You may work on tasks such as:

• Leading projects related to the implementation, migration, or further development of Microsoft 365
• Conducting workshops and facilitating dialogues with the business and key users
• Driving change management and user adoption
• Providing advice on solutions within Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange
• Supporting customers in developing ways of working and utilizing Microsoft 365 to its fullest potential
• Coordinating work between the business, technical specialists, and delivery teams
• Contributing to feasibility studies, roadmap work, and strategic initiatives within Microsoft 365

We believe you

Thrive in the boundary between business and technology. You enjoy creating structure, building trust, and helping customers succeed in their digital transformation journeys.

We also believe you have:

• At least five years of experience in IT project management
• Experience with Microsoft 365, for example, implementation, migration, or further development of the platform
• Experience driving projects from feasibility study to implementation
• Experience working closely with the business and facilitating workshops, dialogues, and change work
• Experience providing advice to both the business and IT

We would appreciate it if you have experience with established project methods such as PPS, PRINCE2, Scrum, or similar. Experience from the public sector is also considered an asset.

The role requires that you can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. This is a crucial prerequisite for success in customer dialogues and collaboration with the team.

You are accustomed to creating structure in complex projects and feel confident in dialogues with both the business and technical specialists. You build trust, drive work forward, and have the ability to see both the big picture and the details. At the same time, you value collaboration with colleagues and are happy to share your knowledge.
