At Internal IT, you will have a central role where you contribute to developing and operating our internal IT systems. About the role

As a System Technician, you will become part of the team responsible for technology development, support, and operation of the Vitec Group's internal IT systems. You will work closely with colleagues and support the organization in the use of our Microsoft-based services, such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, DevOps, and GitHub.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support users and business operations regarding the services we offer within the group.
• Participate in the onboarding of new companies within the Vitec Group and ensure they are integrated into our IT environment.
• Participate in and drive development projects related to system operation and security.
• Be part of the support organization within your area of expertise.
• Have operational responsibility for selected systems within the group.

You will work closely with colleagues and contribute to strengthening the team's combined competence. Since we are growing, there are good opportunities to eventually change direction and specialize in other interesting areas.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience with our Microsoft-based platforms, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity. You have a genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn more. Perhaps you have worked as a consultant previously. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as we are an international group.

We believe you are proactive, service-oriented, and have a solution-oriented approach. You have good analytical skills and can structure your work well. To thrive in the role, you need to be able to work both independently and in a group, where you have good collaboration and communication skills. You are engaged and want to continue developing yourself within IT while contributing to the development of our internal processes.
