We are looking to strengthen our dedicated warehouse and terminal team in Vaggeryd and Jönköping to maintain our high standards of quality and service.

As a Warehouse and Terminal Associate, you will work independently and structurally, with a strong drive to deliver quality. You thrive when working towards set goals and are motivated by continuous improvement. Together with your team, you will ensure we meet our deadlines and keep our customers satisfied. To succeed in this role, you must be accustomed to a fast-paced environment, able to handle various customer routines and working methods, and collaborate with driven colleagues to streamline and secure the quality of our terminal operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Standard warehouse work such as picking and packing goods, system management in customer warehouse systems, and inventory checks.
• Organizing the workspace and keeping the facility clean and tidy.
• Goods sorting and scanning.
• Standard terminal work, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Structuring and optimizing operations and workspaces.
• Quality monitoring.

Qualifications and skills:

• Good proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Flexible and easy to collaborate with others.
• Experience working independently towards clear goals.
• Valid Forklift License A+B.
• Valid Driver's License B.

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in terminal or warehouse operations.

About the position:

This is a fixed-term position based on business needs. Working hours are primarily 15:00–00:00, though other times may occur. You are expected to be available a few days a week and able to work from our warehouses and terminals in both Jönköping (Lagervägen 4) and Vaggeryd (Skrittvägen 3).
