We offer you

We are now looking for a nursing assistant to join our wonderful team. Aspgården is located in Östra Ryd in Söderköping Municipality and consists of 23 apartments distributed across two units. The apartments offer different forms of housing, including short-term care, intermediate care, and special housing.

Activity is an important part of daily life, and here we offer examples such as seated exercises and bingo, or spending time in our large garden.

Job Description

With us, you have varied tasks where each day brings new encounters and opportunities to make a difference. The work is varied – no day is like the other. You will work both practically and socially, focusing on creating safety and quality of life in people's daily lives. You assist our elderly with practical help and provide support in everyday situations based on the residents' individual needs, which is reflected in all care, social interaction, activities, meals, and laundry, etc.

You will work based on contact person assignments and execution plans, as well as collaborate closely with other professional categories regarding the residents, such as nurses and rehabilitation staff.

We are looking for someone who, in their work, has the ability to start from each individual's needs and conditions. The position requires that you document enthusiastically based on current legislation in our business system, Lifecare. The work also includes performing health and medical care tasks on delegation.

Working hours vary, and we are looking for someone who can work days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant. You contribute with a professional attitude to everyone you meet and have a positive commitment to the work. We value teamwork and that you contribute to a good working environment. Meritorious is experience working in elderly care and/or dementia care. As a nursing assistant, we consider it obvious that you meet people in a professional and respectful manner. If you have experience with Senior Alert and BPSD, we see this as meritorious. Good computer skills are required. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement as documentation is an important part.

As a person, you are sensitive, flexible, and find it easy to collaborate and find solutions to the problems and challenges that arise. You should be interested in working with people and, together with your colleagues, create a climate where we work together to achieve common goals. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
