We are now looking for a driven and curious technical specialist who is passionate about Microsoft 365 and wants to help develop Västra Götaland Region's digital work environment.

Your Role

In this role, you are responsible for the operation, administration, and further development of Västra Götaland Region's Microsoft 365 environment, including the Power Platform. You work closely with the business units and other technical specialists to create stable, secure, and business-adapted solutions.

The assignment includes, among other things:

• Management and further development of Microsoft 365 services
• Automation and improvement of working methods to increase quality and efficiency
• Contributing to the development of the digital workplace from both a technical and business perspective

To succeed in the role, you need:

• Relevant university education or equivalent technical competence
• Extensive experience in administering and managing Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement

Qualifications that are meritorious:

• Experience with process automation, for example using Power Automate or similar platforms
• Certifications in Microsoft 365 and/or Azure
• Experience with Copilot as well as managing or developing agents
• Knowledge of information security and regulations such as GDPR
• Experience with secure and efficient identity and access management

The position may be subject to security classification.

There will be a pause in the recruitment process during the summer holiday period. Selection and interviews will begin around August 10th.
