Do you enjoy troubleshooting, tinkering, and getting things working again – for real? We are now looking for an experienced maintenance technician with a mechanical focus to join our team in Markaryd. Here, you play a key role in keeping production running – when it really matters. You will put your experience to use in an environment where the pace varies, problem-solving is central, and your contribution is noticed every day.

A day at work

When something stops, you are quickly on the scene. You troubleshoot, rectify, and ensure that equipment is back in operation – taking personal responsibility for analysis and solutions.

The work is practical and involves close collaboration with production and other functions. You prioritize based on operational status and document your work for follow-up.

Working hours are arranged in a 12-hour shift schedule with alternating work and leave weeks. The work week constitutes a continuous shift period of 7 days, Thursday to Wednesday.

Responsibilities include:

• Working safely and conducting risk assessments
• Troubleshooting and rectifying mechanical faults during downtime
• Collaborating closely with production and other functions
• Planning, documenting, and following up in our maintenance systems
• Contributing to improvements that increase availability and efficiency

Does this sound like you?

You have a few years of experience in maintenance work within the industry and are accustomed to independently handling troubleshooting and corrective maintenance in a business where high availability is crucial.

Qualifications

• Experience in independent troubleshooting and corrective maintenance within industry
• Strong mechanical competence
• Swedish language skills (written and spoken) and basic English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

If you also have knowledge of electrical systems, experience with PLC controls, or have worked in an automated production environment, we consider this a merit.
