RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a strategic and experienced procurement specialist. As a procurement specialist with us, you will work partly by providing the municipal group with strategic and qualified support in matters concerning purchasing and procurement, and partly by independently leading your own procurement projects regarding framework agreements and larger procurements. The procurements include goods, services, operation contracts, etc., in various categories and contract forms. You provide qualified support in procurement matters for individual procurements. You conduct procurements independently and are responsible for the procurement process, which means that you draft request documents in dialogue with the operations, evaluate and award, sign contracts, and follow up on the agreement.

The role includes keeping up to date with new legislation and actively monitoring the external environment so that we can develop and learn new things together within the department. You are involved in the development of and work in accordance with implemented purchasing processes. The position includes participating in the development of the purchasing process and a category-driven approach.

In the assignment, you collaborate with several stakeholders and participate in various internal and external working and reference groups. You often work in project form in close collaboration with employees from different parts of the operations, where you, as a procurement specialist, project-manage, for example, framework agreement procurements.

An important part of the department's work is to increase dialogue with suppliers and bidders, both before a specific procurement and generally through, for example, a procurement school or other forums for dialogue. As a procurement specialist, you should be interested in developing and improving the dialogue with our existing and potential suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a degree relevant to the position in purchasing, economics, or law, or alternatively, you have acquired equivalent knowledge in another way. Documented experience and knowledge in qualified purchasing work are necessary.

If you also have experience of the Public Procurement Act (LOU), it is meritorious, as well as experience of procurement in construction and real estate. Good ability to express yourself both orally and in writing in Swedish is a requirement.

As a person, you find it easy to communicate, create, and develop good relationships. You are open-minded, analytical, and structured, and have a good ability to see and understand the big picture. You keep yourself up to date in the field of work and contribute to the development of the operations by taking part in knowledge and experiences and translating these into new ways of working. We would like you to also have a great interest in and knowledge of system support for procurement and other digital tools.
