About Careium

Careium is an international company with roots in Sweden and its headquarters in Malmö. We have been pioneers in telephony technology and welfare technology since the 1970s, and we continue to develop services and products for seniors. Our vision is that everyone who uses our products and services lives a richer life, feels safe, and is well cared for.

We operate several alarm centers in Europe, including two in Sweden. Our alarm operators work around the clock, year-round, following clear procedures to provide professional support to users, municipalities, and healthcare providers.

Careium aims to be the market leader in welfare technology in Europe, while simultaneously creating a better daily life for our seniors and contributing to sustainable development.

We are now looking for more dedicated employees who want to make a real difference.

Job Responsibilities

As an alarm operator, you will:

  • Receive and handle incoming safety alarms according to established procedures and guidelines
  • Forward alarms based on the nature of the situation
  • Work in our digital systems and follow established work processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues, municipalities, and other healthcare actors

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have work experience in municipal or private elderly care. You are driven by making a difference for other people and are service-oriented.
