Strids Garage is now looking for an experienced and self-reliant technician/mechanic who wants to take on the role of workshop manager/group leader. We are looking for someone with extensive technical knowledge, who thrives under responsibility and enjoys supporting colleagues while also working practically in the workshop.

About the role

As a senior mechanic with us, you will be a key figure in daily operations. You will work with service, troubleshooting, and repairs, while also helping to plan the workshop's workflow and acting as a support for other mechanics.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing service and qualified repairs.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting modern vehicles.
• Planning and distributing daily tasks in the workshop.
• Serving as a technical resource for your colleagues.
• Ensuring high quality and efficient workflow.
• Contributing to a positive work environment and the development of the workshop.

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience as a vehicle technician.
• Is accustomed to working independently and taking responsibility.
• Has good knowledge of troubleshooting and modern vehicle technology.
• Has natural leadership skills and enjoys helping others develop.
• Is solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).

Previous experience in leadership or as a workshop foreman is advantageous but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the right experience, drive, and willingness to take responsibility.
