- Participate in research and development initiatives focused on rock mechanics and mining innovation
- Provide technical guidance and support effective collaboration across the organization
What you bring
We are looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset. With excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, you can evaluate complex geotechnical challenges and communicate recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who has
- BSc degree or higher in Mining Engineering, Rock Mechanics, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering with a mining specialization, or equivalent
- Experience working in hard rock underground mining environments
- Knowledge of rock mechanics, geotechnical engineering, ground control, and mine stability principles
