About the Role

As an ILS Engineer, you play a central role throughout the entire project lifecycle – from concept to final solution. You work on translating customer requirements into sustainable and efficient maintenance solutions, ensuring that systems can be maintained and further developed over time. You will also contribute to the creation of training materials and technical documentation, which is crucial for the project's success. The role involves many interfaces where you collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. Travel may be required in this role.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Develop strategies and plans for maintenance and spare parts management.
• Support the creation of maintenance instructions and training materials.
• Conduct analyses such as:

• LCC (Life Cycle Cost)
• LSA (Logistics Support Analysis)
• FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis)

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a strong technical interest and natural drive. You thrive both in teams and when working independently, and have the ability to analyze and solve complex problems. You are communicative, structured, and solution-oriented, with a commitment to contributing to the development and improvement of processes.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in maintenance planning or work according to ILS standards.
• 1–3 years of work experience or an engineering degree.
• Experience with ERP systems and database management (meritorious).
• A strong desire to develop in your role as a consultant.

The assignment requires you to undergo and pass the current security clearance regulations. For some roles, security classification may be required, which can entail specific citizenship requirements.
