About the Position

As Head Waiter/Waitress, you lead the daily work in the restaurant and ensure that every guest receives a service experience of the highest quality.

The duties include among other things:

• Lead and distribute work in the serving section during service.
• Ensure high service standards and professional hospitality.
• Support, coach, and motivate employees.
• Ensure that serving and bar operations function efficiently throughout the shift.
• Handle guest contact and resolve situations in a professional manner.
• Contribute to order, quality, and good collaboration between the kitchen and the serving team.

We are looking for you who

You are a confident leader who leads by example and enjoys creating structure while contributing positive energy to the work group.

We believe that you:

• Have several years of experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress, Maître d', or other leading role in the restaurant industry.
• Have good experience with bar and beverage service.
• Are accustomed to working at a fast pace without compromising on quality or customer service.
• Are responsible, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
• Have natural leadership skills and create engagement among your colleagues.
• Are social, communicative, and have a genuine interest in service.

Requirements

• Several years of documented experience from the restaurant industry in a leading role.
• Experience in serving and bar work.
• Good spoken Swedish and English.
• At least 20 years old.

Merits

• Experience from an Italian restaurant.
• Knowledge of wine and beverages.
• Experience with scheduling or team leadership.
