Operator – Optical Thin Film Coatings

We are looking for several machine operators for our client's production facility, where you will work with computer-controlled equipment for vacuum evaporation of optical thin film coatings. The role is both practical and technical, with a strong focus on quality and precision. You will work hands-on with the machines, handle parameters such as wavelengths, and fine-tune processes to ensure optimal results.

We are primarily seeking candidates for evening shifts, with the possibility of day shifts in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture thin film products in evaporation facilities.
• Monitor and adjust processes to achieve the best possible quality.
• Perform machine reloading and cleaning.
• Conduct measurements and quality control of produced products.

Your Profile

• High school education with a technical focus.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering – Electrical/Mechanical specialization (advantageous).
• Experience from technical work in a production environment is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Very good computer skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Basic understanding of programming (advantageous).
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

Employment Terms

• Permanent position.
• Working hours:
  • Evening shift: Monday–Thursday, 14:30–23:15.
  • Day shift: Monday–Friday, 06:30–14:45.
