We are currently seeking substitutes for our operations now and this autumn. As a substitute, you will have an exciting and varied work opportunity at one of our units, while simultaneously gaining valuable experience within care and elderly care.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• is at least 18 years old
• has a valid passport, national ID, or work permit
• has a passing grade equivalent to Swedish 1 or Swedish as a second language at a B2 level
• has good computer skills and can handle various systems

It is an advantage if you:

• have experience or education from the areas you are applying for
• have a B-class driver's license

About Vikariecenter

Vikariecenter provides temporary workers to cover vacancies that arise when regular staff is temporarily absent, for example due to illness or caring for children. Vikariecenter is responsible for recruiting and staffing temporary workers within personal assistance, day activity centers, home healthcare, home care services, care and nursing homes, housing with special support, and meal services.

We offer hourly employment starting as agreed.

As a temporary worker at Vikariecenter, you will:

• receive a digital introductory training before starting with us
• shadow regular staff before working independently

ID Check

During recruitment, we need to verify your identity. Valid ID documents are a Swedish passport or an ID card issued by the police. If you cannot present this, we need to see a valid work permit.
