We are now looking for you who are a dentist and want to work with us at Folk Dental Care in Östhammar. Here you will become part of an experienced team passionate about dental care and meeting patients. The clinic is located in central Östhammar with good bus connections to Uppsala and only a 1-hour drive to Norrtälje. Here you are close to everything – preschools, schools, shops, beautiful nature around the sea and archipelago, and a rich outdoor life.

Our operations and your role

The clinic boasts broad competence and extensive experience. We are a modernly equipped clinic working with digital impressions using scanners and intraoral cameras.

As an employed dentist in Östhammar, you are entitled to a favorable location supplement. The supplement is 6,000 SEK per month for you with 1 year of experience and 3,000 SEK per month for those in their first year of practice. The clinic has a large and diverse patient base and is equipped with OPG (Orthopantomogram). We have six treatment rooms in fresh, modern premises. Regardless of previous professional experience, as a new dentist at our clinic, you will find excellent development opportunities. You will have the chance to broaden your competence as a general dentist together with experienced colleagues at the clinic, deepen your knowledge in a specific area through observation and external/internal courses, or specialize further if relevant. If you are a recent graduate, you will receive an experienced supervisor and participate in our introduction program for newly graduated dental hygienists and dentists, the apprentice program.

Your qualifications

To apply for this position, you must have completed a dental education and obtained a license from the National Board of Health and Welfare. We welcome both those with many years of experience in the dental profession and those at the beginning of their dental career.
