Our heart beats for logistics! As part of the Elkjøp Group, we supply all customers, Elgiganten stores, and hubs in the Nordics with home electronics, kitchens, and other types of products.

Logistics is something alive, a complex circulation of goods that must reach the right customer at the right time. Forklifts, conveyor belts, trucks, automation solutions, IT systems, lifting equipment, and all other aids in our daily lives form the arteries, but everything stops without the heart: the people. A vital pumping force and the soul of Elgiganten Logistics. It is people who make everything flow in the largest logistics unit in the Nordics.

Together, we form the heart of Elgiganten's logistics machinery, and you will find us at Torsvik, approximately 1 mile south of Jönköping.

Your Mission

As a Project Manager with us, you will become a key player in our Quality & PMO department. You will lead projects that drive our business forward – from idea to implementation – with a focus on IT, automation, analytics, and business development.

You will, among other things:

• Plan, resource, lead, and follow up on projects according to our project model.
• Develop and maintain our project structure, including templates and documentation.
• Ensure clear goals and mandates before project initiation.
• Coordinate resource allocation and prepare decision support materials for new initiatives.
• Educate and support the business in project methodology and tools.
• Contribute to ensuring our project portfolio delivers value in line with our long-term goals.

Who Are You?

You are an engaged and analytical project manager with a burning interest in logistics and business development. You have the ability to see the big picture, but also the courage to dive into the details when needed.

We believe you have:

• An academic education in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management in complex environments.
• A good understanding of logistics flows and distribution systems.
• Experience working with technical solutions and change management.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• A non-hierarchical attitude and a strong desire to develop – both yourself and together with others.

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is meritorious.
