As a Team Leader, you manage the daily operations. You need to be out in the field every day to develop staff and ensure profitability and quality. You meet with employees and customers, catching up on and resolving daily issues that arise. Administratively, you handle material orders, time reporting, etc. You are also responsible for ensuring that machines, tools, and chemicals are handled according to instructions. Together with the Foreman/Site Manager, you will participate in customer/supplier and staff meetings. You work proactively to ensure that our employees and customers are satisfied. Some local cleaning is also performed daily.

Qualifications:

• SRY (Swedish National Vocational Qualification) or equivalent education
• Experience in professional cleaning
• Some or several years of leadership experience
• Administrative skills with computers, web, and Windows environment
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Employment type and working hours:

The position is a fixed-term contract (temporary replacement) for 1 year, Monday–Friday daytime hours.
