MIAB is now looking for a Team Leader for our growing area in Bollnäs and Söderhamn. With more customers and employees in the region, the operations are expanding and we need to strengthen our leadership team.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning, executing, following up, and ensuring the quality of cleaning services in your assigned area. A key part of the role involves staffing with temporary workers when needed, as well as ensuring that both customers and staff have a positive workday.

The position involves significant customer contact, which requires a strong sense of service and care – values that are central to MIAB’s operations.

You will also perform cleaning duties at customer sites when necessary to ensure delivery quality. You will work closely with colleagues in similar roles and report to the Operations Manager.

Since the role involves traveling between different customer locations, you must have a driver’s license for manual transmission vehicles and drive in a safe and secure manner.

The job also includes using our internal systems, requiring good computer literacy.

Language Requirements: Fluent Swedish in speaking, writing, and comprehension.

About You:

You are quality-conscious, organized, responsible, and have a positive attitude towards work. You thrive both working independently and in a team. We are looking for someone with experience in cleaning services. Additional qualifications such as SRY, Pryl, or INSTA 800 certifications, as well as leadership training, are meritorious.
