Job Description

Are you our new caretaker/craftsman? We are now looking for an employee placed within the caretaker organization for Culture and Leisure. The work consists of varied tasks. The job includes craftsmanship, technical service, association service, facility maintenance, and green area maintenance. Irregular working hours occur, which means evenings and weekends as well as possible on-call duty during the summer. In addition, we apply annual working hours within Culture and Leisure.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with experience from working with technical service as a caretaker, craftsman, green area maintenance, or other similar experience. We would like you to have a suitable education and a few years of experience from similar tasks.

A B-category driver's license is required; a higher license is a plus. Otherwise, good computer skills are required, as well as good ability to use the Swedish language in speech and writing, and basic knowledge of English.

We are each other's work environment, and we place great emphasis on personal qualities. The work requires flexibility, teamwork skills, and a high degree of service orientation.
