Bartender at First Camp Ekerum's New Spritz Bar ☀️🍹

We are now opening Ekerum's new Spritz Bar – and looking for three bartenders who want to be part of it from the start!

Between the pool, the beach, the adventure golf course, and the ice cream stand, we are creating this summer's new meeting place on Öland. Here, we serve cold beer, fresh spritzes, and a relaxing holiday vibe from lunch until sunset.

We are looking for you who want to help create wonderful summer evenings for our guests at First Camp Ekerum.

Who is First Camp?

First Camp is Scandinavia's largest camping chain with a clear goal – to create the world's best holiday experiences. At Ekerum, thousands of guests meet every summer to enjoy Öland's nature, activities, beach life, and community.

Now we are taking the next step and opening our brand new Spritz Bar.

What does the role involve?

As a bartender in the Spritz Bar, you are an important part of the guest experience. You serve beer, wine, and spritzes, help guests with recommendations, handle the cash register, and ensure the bar always feels welcoming and inviting.

You contribute to the atmosphere, keep the bar tidy, and help create that feeling that makes guests want to stay a little longer.

Responsibilities

• Serving beer, wine, and spritzes
• Cash handling
• Guest service and upselling
• Preparations and restocking the bar
• Dishwashing, cleaning, and self-inspections
• Contribute to a wonderful atmosphere for our guests

Who are we looking for?

We believe you are social, positive, and enjoy meeting people.

Previous experience from restaurants, cafés, bars, or service industries is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you like providing good service and have the right attitude.

To work in the Spritz Bar, you need to:

• Be at least 20 years old
• Be responsible and self-motivated
• Enjoy working at a fast pace
• Be a team player
• Be able to communicate in Swedish or English

Conditions

📍 First Camp Ekerum – Öland

📅 Employment period: July 1 – August 9, 2026

⏰ Average working hours: 25 hours per week

🍹 We are looking for 3 bartenders

🌅 Working hours vary between daytime, evenings, and weekends.
