What you will do:

As an Operations Technician at B3 Cloud, you are a key player in keeping our customers' IT environments in top shape. You will be part of dedicated customer teams where you build close relationships and act as a true partner – not just a technician in the background. This means you actively participate in customer meetings, deeply understand the customer's business, and help shape how the service delivery evolves over time.

The role includes, among other things:

• Being an active part of the customer team – attending meetings, contributing expertise, and serving as the customer's reliable contact for technical matters.

• Handling and resolving advanced operations and infrastructure issues, often with high priority and direct contact with the customer – you are the one who calms the storm.

• Strengthening customer IT security by identifying risks and acting on both current and potential threats.

• Planning and executing migration projects from start to finish.

We hope that you:

• Have several years of experience in operations and cloud infrastructure in Azure.

• Have good knowledge of Windows Server and Azure.

• Have worked with Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.

• Have experience with IT security, automation, and modern infrastructure.

• Are curious about how AI can make everyday life smarter and more efficient.

• Speak and write fluent Swedish, as it is used in daily work.
