About Us

Hello! We are Clockwork. According to the Swedish Companies Registration Office, we belong to the staffing industry, but we don't see ourselves as working in "staffing" (nor "back-quitting", as it were) – we work with people! Yes, we recruit managers and specialists, we provide skilled personnel to industries, tech companies, trading firms, and others, we help schools raise their competence levels, and we match talents and skills with the needs of the labor market. But our offer is really about one thing: the power to move forward. Therefore, we prefer to say that we are in the "better-future industry". With high competence, personal engagement, and a non-hierarchical approach, our ambition is to be a charging station for people and companies that want to develop every day. You can recharge with us in over twenty cities from Stockholm in the south to Luleå in the north. Read more at www.clockworkpeople.se (http://www.clockworkpeople.se).

About the Company

Din Tur is the public transport authority for collective transport in Västernorrland County, organized as a municipal consortium. At Din Tur, about 50 people work, divided between the office in Kramfors and our customer center in Ånge. Din Tur operates daily traffic between the county's municipalities, within the municipalities, and urban traffic in Härnösand, Sollefteå, Sundsvall, and Örnsköldsvik. Approximately 10,000,000 journeys are made with Din Tur every year. 90% of these trips are by bus, the rest by train or transport service/medical travel. We are now looking for you who will contribute by ensuring that our passengers buy the correct tickets when traveling with us. Are you looking for a merit-building full-time position starting in January? We offer you a dynamic and stimulating job!

Your Responsibilities

As a ticket inspector, your main task is to check that passengers have valid tickets. The work is performed in a staff role and always in pairs – two and two. It is a social, mobile, and sometimes challenging job where you are expected to act with integrity and good judgment. Together with your colleague, you travel with the traffic both locally and regionally within the county. Working hours may vary on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a professional attitude and high integrity.
  • Can handle uncomfortable situations in a respectful manner.
  • Speaks Swedish fluently, and preferably English or other languages.
  • Has basic technical skills – you must be able to handle a handheld device for ticket inspection.
  • Is confident, communicative, and solution-focused.
  • Is flexible with working hours and comfortable working outdoors among people.

Application

Is this you? Then we look forward to receiving your application! For more information, you are welcome to contact Mattias Adolfsson at phone 0733-51 27 25. Apply with your CV and cover letter via www.clockworkpersonal.se (http://www.clockworkpersonal.se) by July 12th. We interview continuously, and the position may be filled before the advertisement period ends.
