About the role
We are currently looking for an engaged property maintenance technician for direct recruitment to our client. The position starts with a 6-month probationary period, and the start date is by agreement. You will be responsible for a number of properties where you ensure that both the interior and exterior environments maintain a high standard. The role involves independent work with significant personal responsibility, as well as daily contact with tenants. Job Responsibilities
As a property maintenance technician, you work with the operation, maintenance, and service of properties. A typical workday includes care of outdoor areas such as mowing, raking, and snow removal, while you perform ongoing maintenance and repairs in the buildings. You also handle service cases and fault reports from tenants, which may involve changing or repairing taps, seals, washbasins, and toilets. The role also involves supervising the functions and systems of the properties. Experience with ventilation, plumbing, or electricity is advantageous.

We are looking for you who have experience from work in property maintenance or similar. The work involves: • Performing simple repairs, for example changing lamps, door handles, and locks. Care of outdoor areas, such as mowing, snow removal, sanding, and hedge trimming. • Supervision of the building's technical systems, such as heating, ventilation, and water. • Fault reports - receive, assess, and remedy simple problems and order contractors. • Maintain common areas such as stairwells, laundry rooms, storage rooms, and garages. • Waste management and ensure that the trash room is kept clean and functional. • Contact with tenants and provide service in case of questions and problems. • Conduct regular safety rounds and check that fire protection and emergency equipment are working. Document performed work and report major faults and maintenance needs. • You have a B-driver's license and are confident in working independently. As a person, you are social and communicative and enjoy interacting with people, as you meet tenants daily and act as the company's face. You are responsible, professional, driven, and flexible in your approach to work, and you have a solution-oriented attitude.
