We are looking for a customer receptionist with strong administrative skills for our service facility in Spånga. You will be our face to our customers and at the same time act as a link to our fantastic service technicians at the facility.

Your main responsibilities

Your main responsibility is to plan and distribute the workshop's work and ensure that contact with customers and suppliers is handled satisfactorily. Together with the foreman, you ensure that the service technicians receive the support and guidance required to perform service and repair work. In case of absence, you also replace the site manager/service manager. The role also includes workshop administration, invoicing, handling claims against suppliers, time reporting, and handling supplier invoices. You also receive customers via phone and in the workshop.

To succeed and thrive in the role

Do you have:

• Relevant background and probably several years of experience in similar tasks.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
• Good computer skills.
• Category B driver's license.
• Good administrative skills.

Previous experience within vehicle-oriented operations and good vehicle technical knowledge are highly meritorious.
