About the role

As a merchandiser/product picker, you will be responsible for creating an inspiring and sales-driven store environment. You will visit several different stores in the Kiruna and Gällivare area to ensure that products are correctly placed and presented in a way that increases sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Restocking and displaying products
• Maintaining shelves and store areas
• Placing orders as needed

We are looking for someone who is independent, detail-oriented, and meticulous. You take responsibility for your work and have a good ability to plan and structure your time effectively.

You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and thrive in a varied role where you can take initiative. You have natural drive and are motivated by creating order, structure, and an attractive store environment.

Experience in product picking, merchandising, or similar retail work is advantageous but not required.

Requirements

• For this position, you must be studying or have another main occupation of at least 50% (e.g., studies, part-time work, own business, pensioner, or elite athlete).
• Valid B-driver's license
• Access to your own car

Employment details

• Hours: approx. 3 hours per week
• Working hours: weekdays (Monday–Friday), daytime.
• Flexible schedule – you plan your own working days
• Employment type: permanent position with a 6-month probation period
• Start: Immediately
