Within Business Unit Tech, approximately 260 employees work with technical property operations and management. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole picture is in focus. The Role: As a White Goods Technician at CBRE, you play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality and efficient service within property management. You are responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, and installing a wide variety of white goods and household appliances, such as refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers, and dishwashers. The work involves independently planning and executing your assignments, while collaborating closely with colleagues and relevant support functions. The position includes among other things:
- Responsibility for and ability to independently troubleshoot and fix faults in white goods
- Provide suggestions for improvements, changes, energy-saving measures, etc.
- Independently manage contact and feedback with clients and tenants
- Collaborate with other operational staff and specialists at CBRE
- Many years of experience in service work within a property
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing service work within white goods service
- Good knowledge of the interaction between different installations within a building
- Experience working independently in various types of properties
- Experience with many tenant contacts
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Relevant technical education in white goods or property technology
- Experience from the white goods industry
- Service-oriented and solution-focused - you like to make a difference for the customer
- Technically interested and curious about using modern tools and methods
- Precise, methodical, and confident in your professional role
- A team player who thrives on collaboration and sharing knowledge
