Your role

We want to shape the role together with you, based on your experience and strengths. You might, for example:

• Lead assignments and projects as a project manager
• Be responsible for technical solutions as a technical lead
• Work as a designer in various stages of the community development process
• Contribute to the development of digital working methods and methodologies
• Collaborate with colleagues locally in northern Sweden as well as nationally and internationally

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience within community development, for example in roads, infrastructure, industry, or similar areas
• Is curious about digitalization, innovation, and sustainable solutions
• Is communicative, team-oriented, and thrives in a team environment
• Wants to contribute to the development of northern Sweden and future infrastructure
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English

Meritorious qualifications:

Experience from larger infrastructure projects, industrial projects, or work in multidisciplinary teams. Experience of collaborating with contractors and international projects is also valuable.
