Customer Service Representative for Vehicle Aftermarket

About the role

As a customer service representative, you will become an important part of our team and help customers with workshop bookings. You will work in a dynamic environment where collaboration, communication, and problem-solving are at the center. To succeed in this role, you need to be able to meet customers with clarity, sensitivity, and professionalism – while contributing to a positive work climate.

When the team works closely together, shares knowledge, and supports each other, we create both better results and a more enjoyable workday. Your contribution is crucial to ensure that every customer has a smooth and positive experience.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
  • Good English in speech and writing
  • Additional Nordic language skills are an advantage
  • Experience working with phone and computer
  • Good technical understanding
  • Interest in cars is a plus, but not a requirement
