We are now looking for assistant nurses for Tjustgården's special housing.

Your duties consist of providing care, help, and support to the elderly based on their individual needs, as well as creating a meaningful everyday life for them. We work according to a salutogenic approach, which means we see the health in every individual and what resources and conditions they have.

Your task will be to provide the elderly with the care and treatment that shows care, respect, and makes a difference every day. This helps us add a golden touch to their everyday lives. We offer a challenging and stimulating job with great versatility and the opportunity to influence.

You will work days and evenings according to a schedule.

We want you, the applicant, to have a degree from the Care and Nursing Program or other equivalent education.

It is an advantage if you have previous work experience in care and nursing.

The most important thing for us is that you have a genuine interest in providing support and service to other people. We value that you are positive, engaged, responsible, and flexible in your approach to work. In the job, you will collaborate with users, their relatives, colleagues, and other professions. Therefore, you need to be good at working with others. We also want you to be receptive and easy to communicate with.

It is important that you have great empathy and can listen to and understand the user's different needs, as well as having a desire to meet these in the best possible way. The position requires that you are responsible, proactive, and have a flexible work approach. We place great value on engagement in the work and a desire to contribute to the best of the operation.

You have good IT skills and are easy to work with our systems for record keeping and documentation.
