About the role
As an Outbound Administrator, you play a central role in ensuring an efficient and smooth outbound flow. You are responsible for coordinating outgoing deliveries, handling transport documentation, and ensuring the correct registration of outbound goods.
The role requires close collaboration with team leaders, production managers, and other functions within the business to ensure customer requirements are met, while actively contributing to preventing deviations and improving processes.
Main responsibilities
- Ensure and monitor flows so that all outbound goods are placed and loaded correctly, and that all deliveries are sent systematically according to plan
- Ensure the correct number of transports (trucks) to meet delivery needs
- Monitor, handle, and analyze deviations, such as rebookings, cancellations, or delays, and identify root causes and propose solutions for these
- Monitor volumes of outbound goods and check the inflow and outflow of cages and pallets
- Ensure that labeling and codes for stacking/staging are correct and replace them if necessary, as well as ensure that new routes are created in the system when needed
- Provide system support to sorting and loading operations when needed
- Inform the production management in Outbound about the risk of delays in sorting or loading in good time

To succeed in the role, you need to have the following qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in logistics, or experience we consider equivalent
- Experience from a similar role within warehouse logistics
- Good understanding of processes within receiving, storage, and distribution
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Good system proficiency and experience with MS Office
- Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities and experience.
