What does the role involve?

As a Support Technician, you play a central role in ensuring stable IT operations and accessible, efficient user support throughout the organization, for both offices and production. In this role, you provide user support, troubleshoot clients, standard applications, and IT equipment, while contributing to stable operations and participating in continuous improvement work.

You will become an important part of Daloc's IT department, working closely with the business to create a well-functioning IT environment.

The department consists of 10 people reporting to the CIO. Daloc is an expanding and successful company with excellent opportunities for personal development and internal career paths.

The position is a permanent full-time role based in Töreboda.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and accommodating, with a clear focus on user needs. You are solution-oriented, practical in your approach, and have a strong desire to learn new things and develop within the IT field. You take responsibility for your tasks, work in a structured manner, and contribute to good teamwork and a positive work environment.

You feel confident troubleshooting and solving IT-related problems in daily work and possess strong communication skills combined with a service-oriented approach.

You have:

  • A high school education with a focus on IT
  • Approximately 1–3 years of work experience in the IT field
  • Basic knowledge of clients, operating systems, and standard applications. Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and IT equipment in a corporate environment
  • Experience with documentation and improvement work
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Meritorious:

  • Experience from manufacturing or industrial operations
