Do you want to help shape the smart buildings of the future while contributing to a more sustainable world? At Siemens Smart Infrastructure, we develop innovative solutions that connect energy, buildings, and people. We are now looking for an engaged Account Manager to join our team in Luleå.
Here, you will become a key player in developing business and creating value for our customers through innovative solutions within smart and sustainable buildings.
Your role:
As an Account Manager, you have clear business responsibility and work proactively to develop sales within your district. You build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive the entire sales process – from initial contact to closing and follow-up.
You will:
- Work closely with customers at the executive level within the real estate sector and industry.
- Be responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting to contract.
- Design offers, price, and negotiate.
- Have budget responsibility and work systematically in our CRM system.
- Be part of an engaged team with high ambitions and a strong customer focus.
What you bring with you
We are looking for you who are business-driven, receptive, and have a genuine interest in technology and customer relations. You thrive in an environment where innovation and sustainability are at the center, and you have the ability to translate customer needs into concrete solutions.
We would like you to have:
- Several years of sales experience, preferably within technology, industry, or building automation.
- A strong business focus and a structured approach towards set goals.
- Knowledge in building automation, fire and security systems, or IT is a plus.
- Experience with digital solutions and cloud platforms.
- A valid driver's license (Category B).
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
