Your new role

In this role, you work at the heart of our infrastructure projects where technical quality, structure, and feasibility are crucial for success.

We are looking for a technical specialist who can combine experience from production and contracting with an understanding of design and technical documentation. You will work closely with project managers, designers, and technical specialists in multidisciplinary civil engineering projects.

The role involves broad responsibility where you contribute your experience in BAS-P (Safety and Health in Construction), contracting, cost understanding, and AMA, acting as a key link between design and implementation.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience from civil or infrastructure projects, preferably from both design and production. You have a good understanding of the contracting and construction process and thrive in the intersection of technology and implementation.
• Experience with or a good understanding of BAS-P/BAS-U (Safety and Health in Construction/Design).
• Knowledge of cost estimation, quantity surveying, or production-related economics.
• Experience with AMA and technical descriptions is meritorious.
• Background as, for example, site supervisor, project engineer, or similar role with approx. 4–5 years of experience.
• Ability to work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner in complex projects.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Contribute to technical coordination in civil and infrastructure projects.
• Support and ensure the quality of technical solutions throughout the different stages of the project.
• Work with AMA structure and contribute to technical descriptions.
• Contribute contracting and production perspectives to the design phase.
• Support cost estimation, quantity surveying, and feasibility assessments.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and specialists in multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to the development of working methods, quality, and delivery processes.

About the role and the team

You will become part of Ramboll's Roads & Highways Division in Sweden and work on complex infrastructure projects for state, municipal, and private clients. The projects vary in size and content, and you will play a key role in ensuring that our solutions are not only technically correct but also buildable, efficient, and sustainable.
