We are currently looking for production personnel within casting for both ongoing and upcoming assignments with our client in Skövde.

About the role

Do you want to work in an exciting production environment where traditional craftsmanship meets modern technology? We are seeking production personnel within casting for one of the world's largest players in the automotive industry, located in Skövde. In this role, you will become part of the entire foundry process, from the melting shop and core making to the molding line and post-processing. This involves varied tasks such as machine supervision, manual inspection of castings, forklift driving, and scrap melting. Having a forklift license is an advantage, but if you are open to obtaining one, we view this positively.

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment where working hours are scheduled on shifts and may vary between day, evening, night, and weekend depending on the business's needs. As a consultant through Adecco, you will have the opportunity to develop, learn new technology, and influence work processes at our client's site. About you

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and responsible. You thrive with practical tasks and are comfortable in an environment where both technology and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life.

Requirements for the position:

• Enjoy practical tasks and preferably have experience working with your hands
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Passing grades in Mathematics 1, Swedish 1, and English 5
• Experience in industrial work
• Knowledge or experience from foundry work
• Experience with troubleshooting
• Experience with ABB robots or other robotic technology
