Alg-Börje AB is an established family business in Valbo, Gävle, specializing in dietary supplements based on seaweed since 1980. The company is an established player in the dietary supplement industry with over 40 years of experience in developing, manufacturing, and selling high-quality supplements. The business has a unique focus on algae and marine raw materials, emphasizing their nutritional and health benefits.

Through carefully selected raw materials from reputable suppliers and high quality standards, the company ensures products with good bioavailability and documented quality. The company never compromises on either effectiveness or raw material quality, which has contributed to strong trust among customers.

Since its inception, the passion for the sea's nutrient-rich resources has been the core of the business. Today, the company has thousands of satisfied customers and is known for its competence, quality, and long-term commitment to health and well-being.

Now, our client Alg-Börje is welcoming its next colleague to the marketing team: a student working as a Content Creator. In this role, you will be responsible for Alg-Börje's digital presence. To succeed in this role, we see you as a creative person with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

As a Content Creator, you will plan, structure, and manage marketing via social media and the website. The role offers ample opportunity to drive the work forward and ensure that Alg-Börje's channels remain constantly active. Furthermore, you will work strategically with planning and develop a long-term marketing plan for activities, campaigns, and content across Alg-Börje's various channels.

In your role, you will work with, among other things:

  • Create and publish engaging content and ongoing advertising on social media
  • Responsible for the production and distribution of newsletters
  • Maintain and update the company website
  • Plan and produce photo and video material for digital channels
  • Strategic and operational work within communication and marketing

We are looking for you who

  • Are studying a post-secondary education at least 50%, preferably in a field relevant to the role
  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish, as the tasks require it
  • Have a valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Have good computer skills

It is an advantage if you have

  • Skills in photography and video
  • Experience working with strategic content creation
