CNC Operator – Far from Traditional CNC! Work with Advanced Composites and Problem Solving in a Family-Owned Company with Great Development Opportunities.

Do you want to work with something entirely different from traditional CNC machining? Elitkomposit AB is now looking for a CNC Operator for a business where advanced composite materials, variety, and problem-solving are at the center. You work through the entire manufacturing process – from tools and fixtures to machining, finishing, and the finished part. This means you are involved from start to finish and get a broad and varied role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of CNC Operator, you are responsible for the entire manufacturing process and work with advanced machining of composite materials where precision and problem-solving are a central part of everyday life. You work with machining of advanced composite parts, but the role also includes the creation of tools, fixtures, and molds, as well as rigging and preparation of machines to ensure an efficient production flow.

Furthermore, measurement, quality control, and documentation are included as a natural part of the work to ensure high precision throughout the process. Programming and work are done in Tebis.

As a CNC Operator, you will:

• Be responsible for the entire manufacturing process
• Work with advanced machining of composite materials
• Create tools, fixtures, and molds
• Work with rigging and preparation
• Perform measurement, quality control, and documentation
• Work in Tebis CAD / CAM

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We believe that you who apply have a few years of experience in CNC machining and want to continue developing technically in a role with advanced materials and varied tasks.

As a person, you have a strong technical interest and a passion for problem-solving. You are practical-minded and have a good understanding of both details and the whole in the production flow, and you have an easy time turning ideas into reality in production. Furthermore, we believe that you are structured, meticulous, and work efficiently even when the pace varies.

Important for the position:

• Industrial or workshop technical education, or equivalent experience from working life
• Several years of experience in CNC machining
• Experience in reading drawings, measuring techniques, and CAM programming
• Experience in documentation and quality assurance
• Experience in production technology or tool manufacturing is meritorious
