As a Maintenance Engineer / Team Leader at Scanlube, you will play a central role in our operations, contributing to ensuring stable, safe, and efficient production. You will work closely with both technical and operational teams, given significant responsibility to influence and develop maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Maintenance Engineer / Team Leader, you are responsible for planning, prioritizing, and following up on both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure high operational reliability. You have a team leadership role where you lead and distribute daily tasks, but without formal personnel responsibility. The role involves close collaboration with production and other parts of the business, while driving improvement work and developing maintenance practices.

• Plan, prioritize, and follow up on maintenance activities.
• Ensure efficient resource planning and utilization.
• Ensure that work is performed in accordance with legal requirements, safety routines, and internal processes.
• Responsible for documentation and follow-up in maintenance systems.

Your Profile

For the role of Maintenance Engineer / Team Leader, we are looking for you who has a few years of experience in broad maintenance work within the industry. You have a post-secondary engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or equivalent, and a good understanding of both operational maintenance and improvement work. You thrive in a role where you can combine technology, structure, and team leadership responsibility in daily work. Additionally, we see that you:

• Have electrical training equivalent to BB2.
• Have experience planning and leading maintenance work.
• Are accustomed to coordinating both internal resources and contractors.
• Have good system proficiency in maintenance or business systems.
• Fluently speak and write Swedish and English.

You are clear, communicative, and have a good ability to prioritize, coordinate, and drive work forward. At the same time, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in taking responsibility and making decisions.

It is meritorious if you have experience from the process industry, working with legal requirements, and inspections.
