We are now looking for a dental nurse for a clinic in Borgholm, where delegated tasks are a natural part of everyday life. 📍 Location: Borgholm 🦷 Role: Dental Nurse 💼 Employment Type: Permanent full-time position (probationary period applies if you do not currently have a permanent position within Praktikertjänst) 📅 Start Date: According to agreement 💰 Salary Range: Approximately 35,000–39,000 SEK/month depending on experience 💪🏼 Wellness Allowance: 5,000 SEK/year for full-time 🕗 Working Hours: Daytime only. Monday–Thursday 07:10–16:15 and Friday until approx. 12:30.

The Dental Group in Borgholm is part of Praktikertjänst. The clinic consists of seven employees and has four treatment rooms. The patient group consists of adult patients, and the schedule is usually fully booked. The clinic works with Frenda software and uses among other things OPG, intraoral X-ray, and Trios scanner.

In the autumn, the business will move to a new clinic. The team describes the workplace as an environment where people have fun together, support each other, and are encouraged to develop in their professional roles.

You will work primarily clinically and be responsible for your own treatment room, following the patient through most of the visit. Initially, the work is done together with one dentist, and in the future, there is an opportunity to assist two dentists as your competence develops.

The role involves among other things:

• Receiving patients and taking medical histories

• Assisting the dentist during treatment

• Recording in medical records, booking appointments, and handling payments

• Performing delegated tasks

• Manufacturing simple provisional restorations with support

• Removing supragingival tartar with support

• Giving oral hygiene instructions

• Learning intraoral X-ray, panoramic X-ray, and intraoral scanning.

A smaller part of the work may involve reception duties if needed.
