About the Role

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for operational activities within your area and work closely with the operations every day. You lead the team towards set goals while ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, with high quality, and according to Stadium's working methods.

The role involves a strong focus on leadership, development, and continuous improvement. You monitor the operation's performance, work actively with quality and productivity, and create the conditions for the team to perform and thrive.

You are a key culture carrier who contributes to a positive work climate and ensures that Stadium's values permeate daily work.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Lead, plan, and prioritize daily work within the operations
• Ensure that goals for quality, delivery precision, and productivity are met
• Monitor key figures and analyze results to identify areas for improvement
• Be responsible for delivery security and efficient goods flow
• Work with LEAN and 5S to develop working methods and processes
• Have personnel responsibility for employees within your department
• Conduct employee interviews and contribute to competence development
• Ensure adequate staffing based on operational needs
• Drive systematic work environment work and create a safe workplace
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new employees

Your Background

We are looking for you who have experience leading people in an operational environment where quality, efficiency, and results have been key success factors.

You likely have experience from logistics, warehousing, production, or other operations where you have worked close to daily operations and had responsibility for both employees and performance.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in personnel leadership
• Knowledge of LEAN and 5S
• Good understanding of processes, productivity, and quality work
• Good skills in Microsoft Office and WMS
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have experience with automation, logistics operations, or manufacturing.
