About the position:

Do you want a job where you truly make a difference every day? We are now looking for personal assistants for a lovely girl who will soon be 13, full of humor and zest for life.

The position is a day shift of 82.5% with working hours from 07:00–19:00.

The work is performed with double staffing, meaning you work together with a colleague. However, there may be occasional instances where you need to work independently.

You must be able to start the onboarding process as soon as possible.

About her:

She is a happy and playful girl who enjoys being at school and during leisure time. Music, crafts, and play are big favorites! To make everyday life work, she needs support in all activities, such as personal hygiene, dressing, communication, meals, exercise, and care.

She appreciates when you come up with fun things to do together, but also when you can be a safe and stable person by her side.

About you:

We are looking for a woman with a warm and positive personality. You are confident in yourself, have patience, and can meet different situations with calmness and flexibility.

You easily create connections, are perceptive, and attentive to others' needs. Being able to open up and having a good sense of humor is a great asset in this job.

The girl has double assistance, which means you work together with a colleague. At the same time, it is important that you feel confident working independently when the situation requires it.

In the role of personal assistant, you will:

• Support in all daily activities, both at home, at school, and during leisure time
• Ensure that daily routines are carried out in a safe and structured manner
• Provide care and support in various situations
• Participate in play, activities, and exercise
• Contribute to a safe, fun, and meaningful everyday life
• Perform certain documentation

It is an advantage if you have experience with tube feeding and assistive devices.

We have offices in Hudiksvall, Karlstad, Västerås, Östersund, and Umeå. Our goal is that our customers should be able to live as independent a life as possible. We have collective agreements: Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants.

Vacation pay, shift allowances (OB), and other salary supplements apply according to agreement. We also offer a wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK for full-time positions per year, coffee breaks at work, and other benefits.
