Job Description

As a nursing assistant in home care, you work with care and service interventions in the customer's home based on the implementation plan. This can mean everything from accompaniment and personal hygiene to daily chores and walks. We work according to Individual Needs in Focus (IBIC) and continuously use digital solutions and systems. We are proud to be available for our customers every day and hour of the year, which means we work days, evenings, and weekends. The role includes good dialogue with customers and relatives, close collaboration with colleagues, and health and medical tasks delegated from the nurse.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant with a certificate of completed and approved nursing assistant education for upper secondary school programs or other approved education. Alternatively, care assistant.
• Swedish language skills and good computer proficiency. Documentation is an important part of our work, so you need to master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing.
• Category B driver's license.

Merits

It is an advantage if you have work experience within care and assistance, low-affective handling and/or clarifying pedagogy, as well as experience with documentation in the Life Care system.
