We are looking for an engaged and driven Project Manager who wants to help create tomorrow's technical solutions together with our customers.

At Syntronic, you will have the opportunity to lead interesting projects within software and/or hardware development.

As a Project Manager in product development, you will have the opportunity to:

• See the big picture and prioritize work based on overarching goals and strategies

• Create and follow up on project plans and project budgets

• Lead and distribute work, and establish a good team spirit among your project members

• Drive decisions and ensure progress in the project

• Initiate and follow up on the project's development, ensuring quality and delivery

• Grow in a forward-looking organization and develop in an international environment

We are looking for a Project Manager who:

• Has a university or master's degree in fields such as electronics, software, industrial economics, or similar

• Has at least 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology-intensive industries

• Has experience leading projects within software, hardware, or a combination of both

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
