About the Role:
Professionals Nord, in collaboration with Lendo, is recruiting a Sales Loan Officer for their private loan department. This is a direct recruitment position, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Professionals Nord and you will be employed directly by Lendo. Responsibilities:
As a Loan Officer, you actively work with sales towards customers who have shown interest in Lendo's services. You follow up with customers via phone, conduct a thorough needs analysis, and tailor loan packages to find the best possible solution to maximize both customer satisfaction and business results.
The role is characterized by high activity, many calls per day, and a strong focus on quality in every transaction. You will sit together with the team at Lendo's office in Stockholm and become an important part of a performance-driven but warm climate.
We are looking for you who:
- Have documented experience in sales
- Speak and write fluent Swedish and English
- Have completed upper secondary education
Previous experience in sales within private loans or telecommunications is considered a merit.
However, we believe that your personal qualities are decisive for how well you will thrive in the role at Lendo. You are goal-oriented and accustomed to working towards clear activity and result targets, which is central in a role with high phone activity. You are outgoing and confident in customer dialogue, with a natural ability to build trust over the phone. At the same time, you are resilient and serious in your approach – you want to stay, develop, and build something long-term, both for yourself and together with the team!
