Do you want to lead the development of future customer relationships for one of Sweden's strongest brands? We are looking for a Senior Business Product Manager who wants to combine business, digital product management, CRM, loyalty, and data-driven market development to create increased customer value and profitable growth. Your upcoming role
As Business Product Manager for Marketing, CRM & Loyalty, you are responsible for the digital product's strategic direction, roadmap, and value creation. You work at the intersection of business, customer, data, and technology, ensuring that development is driven by customer insights, business goals, and measurable impact.
Setting product strategy and direction
- Own the product vision, target state, and roadmap for the Marketing, CRM & Loyalty area
- Ensure that development supports SJ's business strategy and commercial goals
- Drive long-term choices within personalization, customer programs, and customer engagement
- Balance short-term business needs with long-term capability development
- Contribute to strategic prioritizations together with other product leaders
Driving customer value, CRM, and loyalty
- Develop digital capabilities that strengthen customer acquisition, repurchase, and loyalty
- Prioritize initiatives within CRM, customer programs, offers, and segmentation
- Ensure that customer insights and data are converted into business value
- Drive the development of personalization and automated customer dialogues
- Drive the development of SEO and GEO capabilities to strengthen SJ's visibility, relevance, and discoverability in both traditional search engines and AI-based search and recommendation services
- Ensure a cohesive customer experience across channels
Prioritize, follow up, and realize value
- Make prioritization decisions based on customer benefit, business value, and impact potential
- Set goals and KPIs, and follow up on results and value realization
- Ensure that data, tracking, and measurement support data-driven decisions
- Drive the development of working methods regarding analysis, attribution, and impact measurement
- Be responsible for investments yielding measurable business results
Lead through collaboration
- Be the natural bridge between operations, marketing, and IT
- Work closely with the Engineering Manager, development teams, UX, analytics, and architecture
- Create alignment on goals, priorities, and dependencies
- Lead forums for decision-making, prioritization, and follow-up
- Ensure that product development takes place within regulatory and legal frameworks
As a Business Product Manager, you are part of the Channel unit within the Commercial Traffic Division. Here, we work on developing future digital customer meetings and creating business value through product development, data, analytics, marketing, and customer experience. You will become part of an organization with high competence in digital business development, product management, design, sales, and technology.
Expectations of the person we are looking for
We are looking for a senior and business-driven product leader with experience in developing digital products and customer capabilities in digitally mature organizations. You have experience with CRM, loyalty, MarTech, and digital market development, and you see the opportunities in how AdTech, AI, and new digital channels are changing the future customer journey. You are driven by creating business results through customer value, data-driven decisions, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
We believe you have
- At least 8-10 years of experience in product management in complex digital environments
- Experience with CRM, customer programs, loyalty, personalization, or MarTech
- Experience in developing digital visibility through SEO, content strategy, or AI-driven search and recommendation platforms
- Experience with digital marketing, customer data, and data-driven growth
- Experience with or a good understanding of AdTech, digital advertising, traffic acquisition, and audience activation
- Experience with roadmap work, prioritization, and value realization
- Used to working closely with both business and technology organizations
We would appreciate if you have experience from the travel industry, e-commerce, or other businesses with high digital maturity where the customer journey, customer acquisition, and digital sales are central parts of the business.
